Terry Abrams is a skilled management consultant who works with business and nonprofit clients to build and sustain their organizations.

Terry brings a breadth of experience with businesses and nonprofit organizations of all sizes on a national, regional and local level. Over her career she has worked in San Francisco for an investment counsel firm, a national advertising agency, and Visa Headquarters in marketing and systems development, taught at a business college in Oakland, co-owned and operated Abrams Thompson Inc. marketing company in Santa Rosa, and served as development director for the Santa Rosa Symphony, prior to operating her management consulting business.

Her professional background as a business owner, consultant, and employee, combined with community involvement as a volunteer and board member, enables her to effectively and objectively work in diverse client environments.
